Following a game crash, my Xbox One X needed a standard hard reset or power cycle. Since performing the reset, the console consistently fails to boot up. When I press the power button, the light illuminates for around eighteen seconds before the system automatically shuts down. This recurring issue has persisted since the reset, leading me to suspect a potential power supply problem. Given that the power supply in an Xbox One X is internal, I am unable to replace it myself.

I purchased a game as a gift for a friend, assuming that since it's North American region it would work between the US and Canada. Unfortunately, due to currency differences, I ended up paying more. When I asked to switch codes with no extra charge, I was offered a refund instead. I accepted and received a code for a full refund which was later denied even though it was never used. I also purchased Sekiro and requested a refund on the same day, but that refund was processed even though I had downloaded the game. I just want a refund for the game that we can't use, as previously agreed upon.

I don't own a game console. I let someone use my debit card for a one-time charge on their Xbox One. Unexpectedly, your company charged my card three months later which caused financial difficulties. This issue must be resolved promptly. I have legal representation involved, and if not addressed, a lawsuit may follow. I am requesting to speak with a live representative to resolve this matter urgently. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Donald Towle.

In February, I subscribed to Xbox Live and the Game Pass using a specific payment card. Unfortunately, come March, I hadn't topped up the card, resulting in a declined payment. Upon replenishing the card with $60, Microsoft charged me $10.91 twice for the Game Pass and Xbox Live subscriptions, even though I didn't intend to renew them. Strangely, while I only wanted to cancel Xbox Gold, it seems I was charged for both but now only have the Game Pass active. As a college student, gaming with friends online is a significant way I pass time. How can I resolve this issue?

While playing Rainbow Six Siege with my friend, an incident occurred where I briefly left the game and returned to find one of my teammates killing my friend. After questioning him, he accused my friend of shooting him, which my friend denied. This led to an argument, and eventually, the teammate left the party after using inappropriate language towards us. We reported him for his behavior, but to my surprise, I returned home to find myself unjustly suspended from Xbox. I believe it stemmed from false reports made by the teammate's friends. I sincerely hope that the suspension can be lifted. My Xbox gamertag is ItsSoulFusion. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

I purchased the Minecraft Builders Pack for my son's birthday on March 16th for Xbox [redacted]. Unfortunately, when we tried to play, it would only allow us the trial version. The purchase is visible on my account under [redacted] with the username ethanbuckaroo7. Despite chatting with several customer service representatives, the issue remains unresolved. I have requested a refund, but it has not been processed yet. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, and I am quite disappointed. I am seeking help on how to either make the Builders Pack work or receive the refund promptly. I have received emails that did not assist in resolving the problem. The other purchases went through, but the Builders Pack, which cost around $18 and was bought with a gift card, did not. We followed all the troubleshooting advice from customer service, and as it still does not work, a refund seems to be the only option. Thank you.

I have a question about creating multiple Xbox accounts for different purposes like guests or as placeholders for potential gamer tags. I have around twenty accounts that have not engaged in any suspicious activity, such as spamming or fraudulent voting. The only issue I am facing is that I am unable to unlock some of these accounts after receiving a "usage limit exceeded" message for over a month. I am hesitant to use my friends' phone numbers to unlock accounts and potentially get them blacklisted since the site states that Microsoft won't retain these numbers. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. The email addresses associated with the accounts are [redacted] and [redacted] through [redacted] The phone numbers linked to these accounts are [redacted] and [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

To whom it may concern, I am seeking assistance with a recurring charge of $10 on my monthly bank statements from Microsoft (Xbox Live). I did not authorize any recurring payments apart from my annual Xbox Live Gold membership fee of $59.99. This situation is concerning, and I urgently need this matter resolved. Unfortunately, reaching the Microsoft Xbox Live billing department has been extremely challenging, leading to growing frustration and dissatisfaction with their customer support. As a long-time member of the Xbox community since [redacted], if this billing issue persists, it may lead to my departure from the platform. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, D. Rideout

I am currently unable to sign in to play any games on Xbox online, despite having all my information available. I reside in Laredo, Texas, and have been facing this issue for the last 3 months within North America. While I heard about outages in the UK and on both the East and West Coasts, I was not informed of any updates concerning problems in the central area of North America. Many individuals seem to be experiencing similar difficulties, and I am eager to know when this issue will be resolved so I can enjoy playing my games and purchase an Xbox Live Gold Card. The extended duration for this fix from a large corporation like Xbox is concerning, and I am hoping for a prompt resolution.

I recently noticed unauthorized transactions on my bank card, totaling around $[redacted]. My account is now in the negative as a result. I urgently need a refund for this amount. My child's Xbox account was hacked, resulting in six unauthorized purchases amounting to over $[redacted]. These transactions occurred during school hours, so my son couldn't have made them. The purchases were made with my debit card, causing my account to be overdrawn. I'm requesting a reversal of these charges.

I've had my Xbox One X for a few months, and it was working well initially. Lately, though, I've been experiencing a lot of issues. I'm looking to exchange it for a new one because nothing seems to fix the problems. Whenever I play a game, it keeps prompting me to "clear local saved games," even though I've already done that. I had trouble logging into my account for about five days, and now I can't download the latest update. Games are glitching randomly, and I'm having trouble connecting to the internet.

This year, I discovered that all my "My Home Xbox" switches had been used up. Even after removing them from my account on Xbox.com, one Xbox kept reappearing. Despite multiple removal attempts, it persisted. I received a final switch after filling out a survey, but before my friend could use it, it was already taken. I then changed my email, password, and activated two-step authentication. Now, I am without any "My Home Xbox" switches left. Kindly consider granting me one more switch so my friend can enjoy the benefits. Thank you for your assistance.

As a new Xbox Live customer, my experience hasn't been great so far. I've been a fan of Xbox since I was young but due to financial constraints, I mainly played offline. Recently, I purchased a Gold membership for $59.99 USD and $29.99 USD to play with friends. I have emails and bank statements to support this. I'm open to either getting a one-year or three-month subscription refund, or just an explanation about the charges. I hope for a prompt resolution to my issue and appreciate any assistance provided. Thank you.

Yesterday until this morning I fell victim to a scam, and it seems to have affected my Xbox Live subscription account. Despite my account showing a past due amount of $59.99, my bank has no record of it being processed. I visited the bank today for clarification. I aim to pause any activity on the account until April 3 when sufficient funds will be available. However, I was informed by a technician about an issue linking my account to an old email. Please reach out to me, preferably via phone, using my username boldbrenda345, the updated email [redacted], or through the number on file.

I recently bought the Turtle Beach Stealth [redacted] for my Xbox One S. Initially, it worked well upon charging and connecting to the controller. Unfortunately, the next day, it suddenly stopped working. Despite checking settings, reading Xbox Support, and browsing multiple troubleshooting guides, I couldn't resolve the issue. I discovered others faced similar problems. When I connect the headphones, I hear the connection sound, but no audio plays, and the Xbox doesn't detect them. Also, the second controller won't connect. I bought the Xbox last December and prefer not to return it. I would appreciate any assistance.

I purchased an Xbox One controller recently, marking my first experience as an Xbox customer. With this being the first account I have created, I am disappointed that I am unable to redeem the Xbox Gold Live 14-day trial that should have come with the controller. Despite paying $55 for the controller, I am unable to access this feature. I am eager for a prompt response, as this situation is frustrating. It would be greatly appreciated if there were actual individuals available to assist on your phone lines, rather than automated recordings.

I'm encountering error code 0x80073d00 when trying to sign into my Xbox Live account on my Xbox One. The issue prompts a sign-in update, then the screen goes black and the console powers off. I've attempted using different accounts and opening applications, but they all crash, preventing access to settings. Each reboot displays the green Xbox logo as if it restarted. Although the error code doesn't seem to be recognized by Microsoft, it can affect Xbox One systems. The typical fix involves deleting and reinstalling the problematic application or account. Unfortunately, the Xbox seems to block all access, requiring a factory reset as the only solution. Despite the risk of losing local save data, most games employ online save features. I'm currently exploring options to safeguard my data before proceeding with the factory reset, as I'm unable to reach Xbox support for assistance.

My Xbox One S is not recognizing my Turtle Beach Recon X50 headset. While the headset works with other devices like laptops and tablets, it doesn't work with my Xbox. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps including unplugging the Xbox, updating the controller, and reaching out to Xbox support, but nothing has resolved the issue. If anyone has experienced this problem before or has suggestions on how to fix it, I would appreciate the help.

Hello, my name is James Hammons. I recently received a ban on my Xbox account at 3 a.m., a time when I was asleep and not playing Xbox. Consequently, I received a notice of Xbox Live enforcement action, which limits various Xbox Live features such as sharing Kinect content, broadcasting, sharing to social networks, text and voice communications, editing Xbox profile, gamerpic, and Club content. I have carefully reviewed the terms and agreements I agreed to, taking it seriously as a former United States Marine and as a Microsoft customer. This is the second time I've been wrongly suspended, this time in relation to Rainbow Six Siege. I am looking for a human response to this issue, not an automated message requesting payment to resolve it. I pride myself on being respectful in the Xbox Live community and would appreciate assistance in understanding why I was unjustly banned. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been experiencing issues with my Xbox One for over five months now. No matter what headset I use, my Xbox One does not recognize it. I am using a $60 pair of Astro A10 headphones with an original Xbox One S wireless controller. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like hard resetting the Xbox and controller, checking headset settings, and even purchasing a new controller, but nothing has worked. The headset works perfectly fine when plugged into my phone. When I am in a party, voices play through the TV instead of the headset. I have tried multiple headsets, but the problem persists. I am struggling to find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
