I have canceled game pass * times now and I am still getting charged for it, I'm also not getting connect to Xbox gold, because I am " missing my online privileges " even though my gold isn't supposed to expire until the * of next month ( april) and it is the **th of March. This is also the third time this has happened and I want it fixed so I can enjoy my Xbox experience and stop having to pay for a month's superscription twice.
