The issue in GetHuman-basketsw's own words
When my son was renewing his XBOX GOLD yearly membership (for gamer tag Duck Ops II), we had to put in our new credit card info. After the first time of entering it, it didn’t give us confirmation of the payment, so we entered it again. Then it showed that it took the payment. My credit card was billed twice for the $**.** yearly fee. I would like one of them refunded back to my credit card.**Also, one of our XBOX ***’s will not connect to our wireless WiFi anymore. It used to work.
