My older brother gifted me an Xbox One S to replace my old Xbox [redacted] that was no longer working properly. After setting up the console and entering the codes for a one-month free trial and the Fortnite game pass, I went to check if Fortnite was available in my "ready to install" games. While the game was there, I encountered an issue when trying to start a party chat and was prompted to buy a gold pass. Upon attempting to re-enter the code, it indicated that it was already used. I've looked into online solutions without success. I'm hesitant to purchase a gold pass when I believe I should already have access; the console accepted the code initially. Any guidance on how to activate it properly would be greatly appreciated as it seemed to acknowledge the code during setup.

I've been a long-time Xbox Live user and my main enjoyment comes from playing Madden games online. I used to pay $10 per month with my Visa, but after being scammed, I switched to using 3-month Xbox Live cards. Unfortunately, I didn't renew in time, and now I can't log in because I forgot my password and secret question answer. My original username is 'themainman420' and my email is dsnsmrfootball @yahoo.com. I also have another email, 'danilbaxtet1189'. I am reachable at [redacted] or my new iPhone at [redacted]. I would like to report players (ShanalFunLand, Big Luke Chew, and SoapLegends8301) who verbally insulted me on Xbox Live after a bad round in Dead By Daylight. Immediately after, they enacted a communication suspension on me. They called me "trash" and a "garbage player" and told me to "uninstall" the game without any reason. I played the game appropriately despite the Killer camping. I responded with a few swear words after being offended by their insults. I reported and blocked them to avoid negativity in the future. Please investigate this issue and lift the suspension on my account. I have been a loyal customer for years and I believe I was unfairly treated in this situation.

Yesterday, I encountered an issue with my Xbox One where it wouldn't sign me into my account automatically. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as signing in offline, resetting the system, deleting and recovering my account, and even connecting to a different network, I kept receiving the 0x80a40019 error. Interestingly, I can sign in to a different account on the system without any problems, but since all my purchased games are tied to my main account, this workaround is not helpful. Strangely, I can still access my account through the Xbox app on my phone, suggesting that the problem may not be with the account itself. I've attempted several solutions without success, including leaving it for 15 hours. If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.

I recently obtained a new debit card and attempted to update it on my Xbox account. However, I encountered an issue where I couldn't change the address since the cursor only allowed me to input the new details without removing the old address. In an effort to resolve this, I accessed the website via my phone, logged in, and tried to add my bank account details to pay for the subscription that way. Unfortunately, each time I attempted the payment, an error message stating that there was an issue processing the payment appeared. My main goal is to update my payment information on the system so I can purchase a one-year subscription to Xbox Live Gold.

I am facing an issue with my Xbox One S account. My username is ExtraCheyenne, and the console was set to automatic sign-in with my controller. Recently, a power outage occurred, and when the system restarted, I was prompted to sign in. Regrettably, I do not remember my password. When attempting to recover it, a phone number with the last two digits as 01, different from mine or my family's, is displayed. My actual phone number is [redacted]. I have sold my Xbox and can't access my gamertag and old email. It's linked to my college email which is no longer active. I've attempted to update it to my new email, but it seems there is a conflict with another gamertag. I'm finding this recovery process very confusing. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I purchased Watch Dogs 2 four days ago for my Xbox. However, I've been encountering some issues with my console. It struggles to resume from standby mode or start a game after exiting a resumed game. Recently, it's been having trouble staying connected to the Internet, especially during online gameplay sessions. Despite following the troubleshooting steps on the website, my Xbox keeps disconnecting from the Internet and Xbox Live randomly. Even power cycling the console or router hasn't provided a permanent solution. I accidentally purchased the Black Desert Ultimate Edition instead of the baseline edition, and I'm hoping for a refund. I really want to play the game, but spending $[redacted] was not my intention. Hello, I am a player of Armored Warfare on Xbox Live. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing random disconnects from the server ever since I started playing the game. These disconnects have become more problematic in the last three days as I am now unable to do anything in the game without being kicked off the server. Strangely, this issue coincided with Xbox Live server maintenance. Despite troubleshooting by reinstalling the game and resetting my Xbox, the problem persists. My.com support suggests it may be an Xbox Live issue; however, my Xbox is connected via Ethernet and my home network and ISP are functioning well. Additionally, I do not face disconnects in any other games. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this frustrating issue as the constant disconnects are ruining my gaming experience. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we experienced on our Xbox where my child inadvertently made purchases in the game Fortnite. After setting up a new password and reaching out to your support team, the matter was successfully resolved. I recently purchased an Xbox voucher for Fortnite for one of my children. However, our account currently shows a balance of negative 8,[redacted] V-Bucks. Could this balance be reset to zero so that we can continue to enjoy the game without any payment disruptions? I am attempting to link my Xbox One to Xbox Live. I did not encounter any problems previously. This week I moved to a new residence and activated AT&T fiber optic internet. Upon trying to connect my Xbox online, I received the "teredo" error message and my NAT type was set to strict. Contacting AT&T technical support, they accessed my router remotely and opened ports TCP/UDP [redacted], UDP [redacted], UDP [redacted], TCP/UDP 53, UDP [redacted], UDP 88, and TCP 80. Now, my Xbox is indicating connection failure due to the inability to secure a static IP address. AT&T support mentioned that I have been assigned a dynamic IP address. They conveyed they have reached the limit of their troubleshooting capabilities and advised I seek assistance from Microsoft to resolve. I am seeking prompt assistance to rectify this issue as I am currently unable to access my online games like Anthem.

I recently received a ban on Xbox because some players found my messages offensive. Even though I do not report others and my reputation fluctuated, I feel unfairly penalized. I believe Xbox should reevaluate their systems and provide a way to contact support directly. I value my experience on Xbox and the friendships I have made, but being punished for managing my friends list seems excessive. I hope for a more thorough review process and better support for handling these types of situations.

In December, I purchased a deal for 3 months of Xbox Live for $9.99 with 1,[redacted] V-Bucks for Fortnite. To my surprise, Xbox automatically enrolled me in a recurring 3-month membership without informing me. I only realized this when I checked my account to see my membership status. I had planned to use a 3-month card to extend my subscription, but Xbox had already charged me on the 6th for another term. I am disappointed with this automatic renewal as I did not receive any notifications about the impending charge. It is frustrating that I must manually cancel the subscription to avoid unexpected charges. Xbox should improve its billing system to notify users in advance before charging for services they may not intend to continue.

I recently set up Xbox Live and paid for the membership. However, I have been unable to access my account or my child's account. Despite not being able to use the service, I was charged another £14.99 on March 13. I would like to request a review of my account to cancel it and receive a refund for this latest payment. I received a message from Landran420 on Xbox while playing Halo with friends. In response, my friend C messaged Landran420 to defend me. After some back and forth, Landran420 also messaged the other two in my party, LD and RM. Landran420 reported my friend C out of spite, and now C is unable to use Party Chat. Throughout the exchange, Landran420 used offensive language towards me, calling me names. I reported Landran420 for the language used. Out of vengeance, Landran420 reported C. Please investigate this issue and unblock C from party chat. Please email me once this matter is resolved fairly. Thank you. - CL
