I bought a brand new White Xbox One S. I bought the console on January *,**** the Xbox will not turn on at time also it will not let me navigate threw the menus. I can not do anything on it anymore I’ve only had it a month Walmart will not refund it because of their policies. I’d like a cash refund for the amount I paid or I would like a replacement of the next model for the inconvenience I have been facing.
