The issue in GetHuman-bowemagn's own words
Subscription to Xbox live was attempted on January **, **** using my son’s debit card. He had not been using his xbox live account, and didn’t realize the order was trying to go through. The email notifications were going to my email address:(*****@***.com). Eventually, the charge went through on his debit card on February **th, ****. He is not wanting to renew the subscription, and has requested a refund. Microsoft closed the case stating they do not have an order for that date.
Please simply refund the money.
He’s been a customer for years, so I would expect customer service to step up. It shouldn’t be this difficult to speak with someone.
