I need a refund because Xbox purchasing was "down" and I didn't know it. I accidentally purchased gold * times. Once at a store and twice online with my card. I still can't play Apex legends because it says my profile is unable to connect then it sends me to a screen asking me to purchase even more gold like I didn't just buy gold * times already. I'm about to just buy a PS* and say ***** x box. I can't even seem to get ahold of a real person to resolve my issues. Why?!?!
