Hello Xbox Support,*So my sister pre-ordered Far Cry New Dawn for Christmas and it came out today. She bought a redemption code at gamestop and sent me the code via email as soon as she got it. I was so excited so I plugged in the code and it worked. It said that I redeemed the game and when I went to my games and apps I couldn’t find it. I’ve been trying to get help for hours but I couldn’t find anything helpful. Do you have any advice or tips on what I could do to get it back?*Thank you very much for your time,*Andrew
