I purchased xbox live and Xbox game pass about * hours ago and for some reason I am able to download games but I cannot access anything requiring live to launch. I have confirmation for both purchases and my card was charged both times. I understand there were some issues regarding purchases this evening, but I also recieved a text and email saying said issues were resolved. Clearly not the case. I work my butt off all week and I just want to play my games, man. Please help me be able to access the content I paid for.
