I was playing LOCAL Black Ops * on my Xbox ***, when mid-game I got an error saying that my console was permanently banned from playing said game online because of violations against the Security and Enforcement policy. Though I have never played online on this console, I’ve only ever bought additional content. I read through all of the violations of this policy and I have done none of them. I understand that you are thorough with your investigations but there has been a mistake. You say on your home page that context matters and I am dearly hoping for that. I’ve lost access to most of my additional content which I have spent a lot of money on and I don’t want it all to disappear. My Xbox *** is used and I’ve heard that that may be related to this mistake. I would like this to be sorted out promptly.
