I purchased a Xbox one elite controller maybe two months ago possibly three I've had to return it twice already once because the some stick was stuck in an upward direction that I could not fix which cause the character in the game or the car in the game to consistently roll forward no matter what I did to stop it I tried everything I could think of before looking online I'm finding out that it was a glitch that happens on the controller too many people so I returned it I got another controller and I controller the same some stick especially separated itself from the park inside of it so although it's moved somewhat it didn't really work anymore he's just kind of bounced around inside the little casing that the sin not the removable thumbstick but the casing that's underneath it. and I returned that one I got another one now I've had this one for maybe I'm guessing a month maybe a little bit more of the month and the sticking in depositions happening again so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do now because I'm pretty sure the kiosk where I got it here at the mall is not going to want to exchange it because it's been over a month and I was changed it twice already so are there any other suggestions on how I get to sticks and or replace and or refund it that's my question. I went through their regular controllers for a while and had to climb with them also but I finally decided just to pay up the big money and get this controller and so far other than these issues I love it but these issues keep coming up and I'm not sure how to deal with it now after that **** I'm not really sure my warranty is. I do have the receipt and everything sells box all the stuff comes with it and kept it in good shape so I do but I just need to know what my best option is if I could take it back to the kiosk or talk to somebody by getting it fixed or just having it replaced or whatever I just need to know something
