Update,install games. ... I'm getting major drop in download and upload speed on xbox one down to four point seven mb a second download speed from high eighties to ninetys I've spent a week doing tests with internet company to no Avail we have done everything possible to resolve the issue on there end it seems fine during the day and I get full speed then suddenly every night for a week or so now it drops around simalar times each night and doesn't come good till I wake up in the morning I still get around seventy mb or more on every other device in the house including phones and computers but only getting four point seven mb on xbox and that's the same on two different xbox consoles if I'm getting seventy mb to ninety five mb speeds on computer and phones I should still be getting it come through on the xbox but it doesn't I was advised to call and talk to xbox support to see if we can troubleshoot and pin point what's causing the issue to get it resolved and fixed and so I can let my internet company know what the issue is and if I can fix it with xbox support it will help them to help me fix the issue if its something they can do on there end. if I can do any and all tests,monitoring, troubleshooting, to figure out the cause of the issue would be greatly appreciated and I would like to request a copy of any results of test ect. in relation to the issue I'm facing once all possible test and troubleshooting is complete would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. I would like to request a call to speak to someone if possible to help better explain and communicate about the issues.
At four point seven mb a second it will take a week straight to install a game that's a hundred gb or more instead of like four hours at around ninety mb a second.
I want my speed to be back to what they should be and stay that way instead of droping to four point seven mb a second I want atleast to get the speed consistently to match on my xbox at what my internet speed is at that time especially if it's the only thing connected it should get the speed runing on the line if nothing else can be blamed for useing the bandwidth.
I've been a customer since **** I've brought and used every xbox since they were made I've spent thousands and thousands on xboxs and xbox related products games,add ons,xbox live,game pass,accessories ect. I would expect to get the issue resolved by technical support and for them to do anything and everything possible to correct any issues that may be causing the problem run tests monitor and troubleshoot to pin point what's going on.
Literally everything possible on my end and internet company's end I'd say theres only one or two things left on my end I can do but it wont fix the root issue that's causing this problem nor will it resolve anything for me.
