I haven't been able to use my Xbox for over six months as my account was reportedly hacked. I've tried everything to regain access since I've paid for Xbox Live. Unfortunately, they claim my information isn't sufficient to verify my ownership. It's frustrating that email communication isn't considered valid. Additionally, I have a new phone number and cannot access the old one. I was just charged for Xbox Live, but unable to login to cancel and get a refund. I'm in a tough financial situation and can't afford even a small expense. Please, help me regain access to my account and cancel the subscription. It's disheartening that even after entering my debit card details, they still doubt it's me.

On 12/4/18, I received a text stating that my number was removed from my account. After clicking on the "Not you?" button, I was directed to the sign-in page, where it said my sign-in did not exist. Despite having this account for over ten years, I had to contact Xbox support. They informed me that I needed to create a new account to proceed. Eventually, I managed to sign in using my old account but had to set a new password. After providing an alternate email to receive a code, they requested my other email. It has been a tiresome week dealing with this situation. I feel the need for assistance to address this issue promptly.

I've encountered a recurring issue with updating my Xbox One games. Lately, I've been facing large game updates that seem to repeat unnecessarily. Despite small actual update sizes, I'm being prompted to download massive 50+ Gig updates. For example, when I initially updated Red Dead Redemption 2 (Disc copy), which had a 92 Gig update, a subsequent smaller patch less than a Gig triggered a repeated 92 Gig download. Likewise, The Master Chief Collection presented a 73 Gig update in October that reappeared in December without any changes to the game files. This issue extends to other titles like Fifa 18 & 19, Forza Horizon 3 (all Disc Copies). Despite my efforts to troubleshoot online, I have yet to find a solution. Any assistance in understanding and fixing this problem permanently would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There have been numerous issues with a player known as Strangelove01 and his backup account Lordscrubin04. The player has engaged in harassing behavior, including swearing at others, making threats, and disrupting games. He has made inappropriate and illegal comments about engaging in sexual acts with minors, including making threats of violence. The owner of these accounts even made a threatening comment towards my brother. The player, who is under 18, has discussed sending explicit photos of himself to minors, which is against the law. Additionally, he claims to have explicit images of minors on his phone, which is also illegal. This individual has sent inappropriate photos of himself to a 7th grader, showing predatory behavior. He has a history of suspensions, and during his latest suspension, he has attempted to rally others at his high school against me. It is imperative that both accounts, Strangelove01 and Lordsrubin04, are permanently banned to protect the Xbox community from his harmful actions.

I am experiencing an issue with my console where I am unable to log into any accounts on my Xbox. The problem occurred overnight as it was working fine the previous night. I tried deleting and signing back into my account, but it still wouldn't work. When attempting to recover my account by answering security questions, I was told I didn't provide enough information. I did not cause this bug on the hardware, and I have all the necessary details. I don't want to create a new account because all my games are on the existing one. Please contact me to help resolve this situation. My name is John White. I can confirm details like my birthday and the message I receive upon logging in. My favorite color is orange, and I miss being able to play my games. Kindly assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you.

I am feeling greatly disappointed at the moment as I consider parting ways with the Xbox One X I received for Christmas. I am baffled by the fact that although there are backward compatibility games available, I am unable to purchase them. One of the main reasons I purchased this console was for this feature. I am interested in buying Morrowind, and while I saw the price and had the option to buy it 14 to 20 days ago, it now shows as unavailable for purchase. This is my first time owning a Microsoft console as I typically support Sony, and I understand the frustration. I urge for this issue to be resolved promptly, or I will return the console. It is vital for the backward compatibility to work seamlessly on this new Xbox. If the problem persists, I will switch to a Sony product in the future.

Hello, I go by the username Quash3 on Xbox Live. Recently, I noticed that my Game Pass subscription renewed on my account, even though I thought I had cancelled it. The payment was charged to my old credit card, which has had issues. I did not use the Game Pass service and I would like to avoid being charged for it as I intend to renew my Xbox Live subscription instead. I would appreciate guidance on how to obtain a refund for this charge. The associated order number is 2c4427de-858c-4ba8-b80c-8b8f67b68610. Thank you.

Gamertag: o Daemon o I recently bought a 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription for $9.99, but my prepaid card only covered $3.27 of it. Surprisingly, I got charged $10.79 on December 10th, 11th, and another pending charge on the 13th. I was under the impression that I wouldn't be charged again for three months. I would appreciate it if you could refund the three $10.79 transactions as I intended to only pay the remaining balance of $3.27. Please reach out to me regarding this issue.

I purchased an Xbox Live Gold card for a one-year subscription costing $60 as a Christmas gift for my son. We tried to activate it, but it showed zero balance. After attempting again, it indicated the card was already activated, yet we still can't access anything. The store where I bought it, Speedway Gas Station at [redacted] S. Packard Avenue, Cudahy, WI [redacted] on 12/13/[redacted] at 4:33 PM, said it's not their responsibility and I need to contact you. I'm extremely frustrated and demand a refund or a new card promptly. I've been waiting for four hours for a response from your end, and I'm yet to hear anything. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. If I don't receive a callback, I will be forced to seek legal counsel.

Hello, my name is Amber. I subscribed to Xbox Live a few months back for my fiancé to enjoy playing his favorite online games. Despite canceling the service, we are still being charged. I would appreciate a refund for the charges deducted on 12/12/[redacted] from my debit card. Additionally, I seek confirmation that the service is indeed canceled and that my debit card details have been removed to prevent future charges. I eagerly await your response. Thank you.

I am experiencing audio issues with my Xbox One stereo headset connected to my Elite controller via an adapter. The problem consists of random and frequent cuts in and out of the audio. I have ruled out the headphones as the issue since they work perfectly when connected to other devices. I have also eliminated the controller and adapter as the sources of the problem as the issue persists even when I switch them. Despite experimenting with audio settings, I have been unable to resolve the problem. Previously, I could temporarily resolve it by connecting the controller directly to the Xbox, but this solution is no longer effective.

My Xbox account, HewoImKat, was suspended without any apparent reason. I received a message from Xbox Live stating: "Notice of enforcement action: For more details, please check the email tied to your Xbox Live account or go to enforcement.xbox.com." When attempting to message a friend about it, I encountered another message: "Notice of Xbox Live enforcement action. Due to a suspension, you are unable to send messages. Xbox Support cannot provide help in this matter. Explore more about this suspension at enforcement.xbox.com." Further, I tried to join a party on the Xbox app without success. Upon visiting the Xbox website, I noticed that I am suspended for a day. Could this be due to being reported by someone? I have no recollection of any wrongdoing. If indeed reported, is there any way I can find out who reported me? Appreciate any guidance on this matter.

Hi, I am Sanibel 1Susan, and my gamer tag hasn't been connected to Xbox since around June or July of [redacted]. Even though Michael Westnedge is on my account and I've been charged for gold membership, I haven't used the accounts since he passed away. Trying to sign in after such a long time, I can't seem to find the enter button on the screen. It's a bit embarrassing since I used to play every day. I've attempted to use all the controller buttons, but none seem to work after entering the password. I also have a Hulu account in Michael's name that I pay for but would like to access through my Xbox One. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

My eight-year-old son was recently suspended from using voice chat on Xbox One while playing Fortnite with his three known friends. He never uses foul language, and neither do his friends. I'm unsure why this suspension occurred. I'm worried if his friends are responsible, which would be concerning. It seems unreasonable for children to suspend each other over trivial matters, especially given the fees we pay for this service. I'm contemplating canceling Xbox Live due to fears of account security and kids misusing the suspension feature out of poor sportsmanship. My son's two-day voice chat suspension is frustrating and costly, and as parents, we should be informed of the reasons behind such actions. I've checked the rules, and he hasn't violated any, so I'm seeking clarification on the terms to avoid wasting money on a service that may lead to similar issues in the future.

I have an Xbox One at my workplace, using my boss's account, but I (Zachary Wilson) am the primary user. I have been using my debit card for Xbox Live, and I wish to disable the automatic billing so it won't deduct money without my consent. The account username is ReverentGlobe44, and the associated email is [redacted], belonging to Tyler Younkins. When I try to access the option to cancel recurring billing on the Microsoft website using Internet Explorer, I encounter an error message saying "we're experiencing problems on our end, please try again later," and I cannot proceed. I simply want to turn off recurring billing. I can provide the card details if needed, as I am the cardholder. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been experiencing gameplay issues due to hackers ruining my experience. Just moments ago, I was shot by an invisible user while playing. I would appreciate a call back at [redacted]7, which is my landline number. I am considering taking action against Xbox if the matter is not addressed promptly. Many cheaters are at the top of the deathmatch leaderboard, so I urge Xbox to disable their accounts to uphold the code of conduct. It's frustrating to see this ongoing issue affecting my enjoyment of the game. Please reach out to me for further discussion. You can contact my mobile at [redacted]4 or email me at [redacted] Thank you.

My son has multiple cards on his account, but the primary card for Xbox Live withdrawals is the one ending in [redacted], which overdrew the account. This account actually belongs to my fiancé, and the use of the card ending in [redacted] was unauthorized for Xbox Live payments. I'm shocked that this happened as only the primary card is supposed to be used for Xbox Live payments according to Xbox Live.

When I received The Fortnite Battle Royal - Deep Freeze Bundle as a gift from my friend as I was moving to a new country, I was excited. After unpacking my Xbox in my new place, I got a notification from Xbox Live saying that a gift was waiting for me. The message came with a redemption code [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem the code, I received an error stating it was purchased in a different region. Now, I'm unsure how to proceed to get a working code for my region. It would be great if I could receive a new code or have the value added to my Xbox account. I hope to resolve this situation quickly. Thank you.

I bought an Xbox One with Forza Horizon, but I was unaware that WiFi is necessary to play the game. After moving to a new place without WiFi, I can't access my Xbox account or play the game. I expected buying the console and game bundle to enhance my gaming experience, not limit it. This situation has been a waste of my time and money, prompting me to reconsider purchasing a PlayStation. It's important that customers are informed that online activation is required, especially when buying Xbox game offers. Can you suggest an alternative solution? Past positive experiences with Xbox are overshadowed by issues like this. It's frustrating that WiFi is mandatory for playing a game purchased offline, unlike when buying the original CD version.

My son's Xbox was hacked. They stole his Christmas money. My card company won't replace the $[redacted] that was taken. I am on Social Security, and now there won't be Christmas for my son. The theft occurred online from Reddem, Washington. My son is 12 years old, and that money was from my SSI payments. I forgot to buy him a $25 card to pay for Xbox, and I made a big mistake using my debit card. The theft happened in November and December [redacted]. Please contact me as soon as possible. This money was a big loss for us; it's just Christian and me. We live in Baltimore, Maryland. My name is Felicia Bookman. Christian shouldn't have to pay because someone robbed us due to my ignorance. He is 12, and all year he has been asking for a phone. That person stole my money in Washington state. If I could press charges, I would.
