I'm getting extremely upset that I've turned off auto renew and you guys repeatedly try and charge my CC, I paid with my Microsoft Account last time, please stop trying to charge my CC, I want my CC removed from your records and your auto renew option never seems to work. I WANT THIS CHARGE TO STOP, I DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICE IF THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN. I've been an Xbox owner since the original and this is just robbery, I really don't feel good about this, this has to stop NOW!!!
