I have bought Xbox live gold and have it for a whole year and I renew my subscription every year on July *th the day after my birthday my Xbox was not turning on for about * months. it randomly came on finding that my accounts were deleted, and can't be recovered...I don't remember my password and I've had the system for about ** years. Now my Xbox live gold has disappeared but I have the billing showing that I bought it and own it and it's not done yet and won't run out until July *th again. How do I get a deal or new Xbox live without paying again because as a customer who already payed $** for a year refuse to pay again
