Hello, I'm emailing on account of a charge made on my Xbox account for a $**.** Xbox Live subscription, which I would like refunded as it was to my belief that I had cancelled auto-renew on the subscription since I was no longer going to be using Xbox live services. The charge was made to my brother's credit card in late November, and I haven't been active on live in the past few months at all so I would like that charge to be refunded and the subscription cancelled as when I went to cancel it directly I was notified there would be no refund.**Sincerely,*Jackson Baird
