I have an Xbox *** system that has games saved on the hard drive. Unfortunately the system received the Red Dot of death so I cannot access the system to transfer my save to the cloud. I went to a local game store and borrowed one of their Xboxes, installing my hard drive to change the save preferences from hard drive to cloud so I can access them from my newer Xbox one. Even though I registered for Xbox live gold today which is a requirement to use the cloud save, it still says I do not have gold when I attempt to access the cloud service. My account settings show that I have active Xbox live gold, but the cloud saving feature says I do not.**I would like to check the status of my gold subscription and make sure everything is active. Looking for help to figure out why it is not showing up on the Xbox *** cloud feature.
