I purchased Black Ops * digital deluxe edition on my Xbox account Over * months ago, and as of * days ago I am no longer able to launch my game as it says I must purchase it again. I have not received a refund or anything. I spoke to an Xbox support representative * days ago, whom told me they would be adding the game back to my account within ** hours. Here I am over ** hours later with no game that I paid $*** for... I am becoming extremely frustrated and will pursue legal action if I am not contacted by a representative by the end of today.
