I bought my older son a game on xbox live with my debit card. This is the ONLY company that i know of that AUTOMATICALLY keeps the debit card on file for the child to charge whatever they want & my younger son charged a ton of charges on that card without my authorization or approval! I have been dealing with this for over a YEAR & have had to had my debit card changed & new numbers TWO times bcuz somehow i think i deleted the debit card off & its still available for kids to use......ive ALLOWED BTWN BOTH BOYS ABOUT LESS THAN HALF OF THE CHARGES WAS AUTHORIZED BY ME THE OTHER HALF WAS N-O-T!!!!!I i am not to good with the Xbox & computers so i prefer to deal with a person directly! I am a single mom trying to survive in this world......living paycheck to paycheck without any help from their father. So as i have had learning disabilities throughout school & currently still do but still work & have a hard time reading d*t my condition! I would like a refund for half of ALL CHARGES ---- SINCE LAST YEAR TO NOW.........I didnt allow my younger son to charge money on my debit xard & i dont know how to set up a parent account or with you guys assistance by voice help me, & direct me to areas & how to set up parent account would be a good way to stop these unapproved charges (i think..???) But meanwhile i didnt know that my card was on file & other times i didnt give my permission or authorized multiple charges on my card bcuz i was unaware of KEEPING CARD ON FILE AUTOMATICALLY. i figured it was a one time payment each time i DID ALLOW purchases & my mentor who helps me go thru my bills & helps me with my banking has passed away since last year WHEN ALL THIS STUFF STARTED & IT HAS BEEN EMOTIONALLY & now financialky difficult bcuz i dont understand the words due to my diability & he assisted me & now i dont now who to help me & who i can trust to.....but PLEASE HELP ME & ASSIST ME WITH MY REFUND & SETTING UP A WAY FOR THIS TO STOP & ONLY I CAN AUTHORIZE PURCHASES!!!!
