I recently purchased an Xbox one S *k** bundle and I am unable to redeem the game code. I keep getting a message saying to check the back of the code for instructions and it says redeem at Microsoft.com*redeem. So I went to the website and typed in the code but I received the same message except it said to redeem on console. I was wondering if maybe a new code could be sent to me via text or email.
GetHuman1665357 did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.

Just wait a day or two then try to type the code in again. I guess cus it’s brand new it’s gotta take time.
