I purchased Xbox live * months ago or a bit longer, so when my bill was due I paid it, to gain access to red dead redemption * online. I resubscribed to the * month subscription with my debit card, it said I had my * months and all was fine. But online was still not working for red dead redemption *, so it redirected me to purchase another * month Xbox live, I proceeded expecting it to say I already have my * month membership, but instead I have been charged $**.** for my resubscrubtion to xbox live, as well as $**.** for a * month pass. Out of the same debit card, I would like the $**.** refunded to my debit card, as I have already paid for a * month.
