I have gotten charged for an Xbox subscription for years now and I have not used it. There is no information to cancel my subscription on Microsoft website. I am getting extremely frustrated that I keep getting charged for something I don’t use. I have called customer support and they refer me to your website which does nothing!! You guys need to stop charging me for something I do not use nor do I have the funds to pay for something I don’t use!! Please cancel this.
