No one has assisted me with my problem and no one has even attempted to call me from Xbox, it's really frustrating. I've been a loyal Xbox customer for about 14 years and I have never experienced my account being locked or blocked. It's unjust to take away my access after all these years of paying for memberships and games. I am looking to speak with an Xbox representative regarding this ongoing issue that started in the summer of [redacted]. I am tired of constantly seeing the same message prompting me to try again later, it would be much more helpful if I could have a conversation with someone over the phone.

I have an Xbox [redacted] system with saved games on the hard drive. Unfortunately, the Red Dot of Death has prevented me from transferring my saves to the cloud. I visited a local game store, borrowed an Xbox, and moved my hard drive to set the save preferences to the cloud to access them on my newer Xbox One. Today, I signed up for Xbox Live Gold, a requirement for cloud saves. Despite activating the subscription, the cloud service does not recognize my Gold status. My account settings indicate that Xbox Live Gold is active, but the cloud saving feature does not reflect this. I need assistance in checking my Gold subscription status and resolving the issue preventing it from appearing in the Xbox [redacted] cloud feature.

In October, a friend who had access to my account earlier in the year, purchased £[redacted] worth of V-bucks in "Fortnite" without my permission. Despite changing my passwords, witnesses confirmed the unauthorized access. Thankfully, the bank refunded the unauthorized charges totaling £[redacted]. The individual, "fatlo," who made the purchase without consent, may have violated the law.

Yesterday, I noticed an unauthorized charge of 59.99 euros for an Xbox Live subscription taken from my bank account without my permission. I am frustrated by this as I have not used my Xbox recently, online or offline. I did not receive any prior notice or email confirmation regarding this deduction. The lack of communication and permission for this transaction is disappointing. Microsoft should have requested consent before charging me. Attempting to navigate the refund process on your help sites was confusing and led to irrelevant pages. I am extremely dissatisfied with Microsoft's actions in this matter. I seek a refund of 59.99 euros for the unauthorized subscription payment.

Please refund me the $[redacted]. I confiscated my son's Xbox in October, and there have been about six unauthorized orders placed. There seems to be a dispute, and your customer service approach is challenging without any human interaction. I struggle to express myself in writing, but I want to clarify that I only dispute the $[redacted] as there were previous valid orders. However, these recent unauthorized transactions are concerning as they have accumulated to hundreds of dollars quickly from my or my son's mother's account. I have tried contacting through phone, text, and email with no success. I fear Xbox is not addressing this fraud issue properly. Being a parent, I understand the risks of online gaming and purchases and believe in educating children. I trust Xbox will handle this fraud case promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I noticed three unauthorized transactions on my son's account made with my debit card. These are the details: 1. 12/1 - $9.98 2. 12/3 - $10 3. 12/3 - $10 I have already informed the bank about this issue. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened related to Xbox transactions, prompting me to cancel my debit cards in the past. The previous representative was very helpful in refunding my checking account, so I hope for a similar resolution this time. To prevent future incidents, I've canceled the card and will restrict purchases to gift cards only for my son's Xbox account. I'm hoping for a prompt response as I reached out around 2 PM (Eastern Time) yesterday but didn't hear back. Thanks, Robbie

I am writing to address an ongoing issue with unauthorized charges on my account by Xbox. My son has not made any recent purchases on the Xbox, yet I continue to see withdrawals like the recent $32 charge. I have made multiple attempts to contact Xbox to close the unidentified account linked to these charges, as I do not recall opening it. The concerning part is that even with a new card and account number, the charges persist. I am requesting a full refund for all the unauthorized transactions made in the past few weeks. I am at a point where legal action may be necessary if this matter is not resolved promptly. I previously had to close one account due to similar issues and do not wish to repeat this process. Xbox, I urge you to cease these unauthorized transactions and refund the full amount taken from my account. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My 6-year-old son has an Xbox One, and my card is linked to his account solely for renewing his Xbox Live subscription. I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card statement from November [redacted] for preorders and other purchases on specific dates. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, so to prevent it from happening again, I plan to purchase Xbox gift cards and remove my card from his account. I am seeking a refund for these charges, as my son did not have the autonomy to make these purchases without my knowledge. Moving forward, I will implement measures to avoid such incidents.

I've been told I'll receive a call and have been trying for the past two days. I really need to speak to a real person. I've been interacting with a computer the entire time, and it's not resolving the issue. Despite explaining it twice in detail in lengthy paragraphs, it seems to have been overlooked. Please contact me so I can explain the situation over the phone. I'm frustrated with the lack of human interaction.

I recently purchased a one-year Xbox Live subscription on my Xbox. However, after subscribing again, it did not immediately reflect the purchase. Consequently, my son decided to get a one-month subscription without informing me, leading to charges for both subscriptions. The one-year subscription has not appeared on my Xbox, although £39.99 was deducted from my bank account for it, and an additional £5.99 for the one-month subscription. I would appreciate a refund for the unwanted one-month subscription and the continuation of the yearly subscription. I have owned an Xbox One for an extended period, and my Xbox account name is TipsyPikachuu.

A few months ago, I received Destiny 2: Forsaken as a gift from a fellow gamer. Despite having trouble redeeming it, I eventually managed to do it. However, I accidentally redeemed it on a different email account than my usual one tied to my Xbox Live account. When I contacted Xbox support, they advised me to sign in with that particular account on my console, which I find inconvenient. Now, on December 5th, I purchased the annual pass for myself but can't redeem it because it's associated with the account lacking the base game. I'm frustrated by this situation as I already own the game twice and don't want to spend an additional $[redacted]+ on something I should already have.

I recently deleted a game, Cities: Skylines Xbox One Edition, that I bought from the Xbox online store because it kept crashing during gameplay and I couldn't access it anymore. However, after reinstalling it, there's only a blank blue square with the game's name instead of the usual icon in my games and apps, showing an error message saying "Something went wrong." I've attempted to delete and reinstall the game over ten times with no success. I truly enjoy playing this game and would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue or if there is a specific contact person to reach out to for assistance. Thank you for your help! My account is [redacted] if that information is needed.

A few months ago, I received a gift of the game Destiny 2: Forsaken from another player. When I tried to redeem the game, I encountered issues as I accidentally used a different email account. Despite eventually managing to redeem the game, it is now linked to the wrong email account. Xbox support advised me to sign in with the incorrect account on my console, but I would prefer the game license to be transferred to the account I use regularly. Now, on December 5th, I purchased the annual pass, but I can't redeem it because it requires the base game - which is currently tied to the wrong account. I've already spent a substantial amount and am hesitant to spend an additional $[redacted]+ for something I should already have access to.

I created a Microsoft account for myself and accessed Xbox for my son by purchasing Xbox Gold. I then attempted to set up an account for my son and added him to my family with the appropriate settings. Despite changing the settings to "teen," my son is still unable to play Fortnite. I have tried adjusting various settings and reading numerous articles on Microsoft's website without success. Unfortunately, contacting support drained my phone credit before I could speak to anyone. It's frustrating that a large company like Microsoft lacks accessible customer service. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving these issues.

I experienced an incident about 40 minutes ago, and I still have the messages as proof. In Red Dead Redemption 2, there's a well-known spot where you can collect fish without a fishing rod. Upon approaching the area already occupied by another player, I politely stated over the mic that I was just there to make money. Despite this, a player named Lil Crushed Xan, who was on a rock, started shooting at me and eventually killed me. I questioned their actions but received no response, indicating they weren't using a mic. After respawning, I managed to avenge my character's death multiple times. Not long after, I received a message in my inbox telling me to find my own lobby, to which I responded with a "Fuck you." Subsequently, I got reported for using foul language and now I am banned from sending messages. It's not that I'm bothered by the inability to send messages, but I'm frustrated that this player could report me for standing up for myself. The short timeframe in which I was banned seems unfair, considering the ongoing harassment I faced. This whole situation has left me contemplating taking my business elsewhere, despite the amount of money I've spent on Xbox Live, games, and consoles over the years. It's disappointing how the system seemingly favored the player causing trouble rather than addressing the issue properly.

This incident occurred about ** minutes ago, and I have the messages as evidence. There is a well-known fishing spot in Red Dead Redemption *. Upon approaching it, I encountered another player and politely stated my intentions to make money. Despite this, a player named Lil Crushed Xan, with an inappropriate gamer tag promoting opioids, started shooting at me, resulting in my death. When I sought an explanation, I received no response. I retaliated successfully multiple times. Shortly after the altercation, I received a message telling me to leave, to which I responded in frustration. Consequently, I was reported for misconduct and banned from sending messages. The true issue here is not the communication ban, but the unjust punishment I received for defending myself against a harassing player who instigated the conflict. The ban was imposed too quickly, without proper human review, solely based on an algorithm detecting specific language. This player continued to harass me through messages even after I was banned. I am disappointed that the system favored this troublesome individual. Although this may seem trivial, it has made me question whether I should continue supporting this platform after investing significantly in their services for several years.

Hello, my name is Frank. I've been encountering an issue when trying to log into my XBOX LIVE account. The message I keep receiving states that a change in security information I requested on 11/27/[redacted] will be completed on 12/27/[redacted]. In the meantime, I can still sign in and use my Microsoft account as usual. The problem is, I want to make purchases and access other features, but it's only prompting me to receive a security code on my old phone number. The system is asking, "How would you like to receive your code?" but it's sending it to my outdated number. My new phone number is [redacted], and I need to update this to have full access to my account. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I believe my account has been compromised. I am unable to log in despite changing my password. After playing GTA 5 for an extended period, my Xbox froze. Following that, the system repeatedly prompted me to enter my information, resulting in an error loop. I have previously experienced difficulty accessing my account and had to reset my password each time. This has been a frustrating experience for me, especially as my email seems to have been affected too. I am worried about the security of my online presence. I hope to find a reliable source to assist me in resolving this matter and preventing any further issues. Please, can anyone offer guidance to help safeguard my account and email? Thank you.
