I recently purchased an Xbox [redacted] adapter and Xbox Live Gold membership for my son. However, I am having trouble connecting the adapter to our Wi-Fi because it's asking for a PIN code or security question that my husband claims he never set up, causing a block. I have already invested over $[redacted] in games, the adapter, and the membership, which I activated on my Microsoft PC. I need a solution before the membership expires, as it was set up about a week ago and time is ticking. I've tried various online resources, but after a recent surgery, I am unable to figure this out. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and effort in helping resolve this issue.

I noticed a charge of $59.99 on my PayPal account for Xbox Live, which I thought I had canceled. I disabled future charges in PayPal, but Microsoft Chat advised me to check an old email account linked to Xbox Live. Since I no longer use Xbox Live and have sold my Xbox, I need access to my Microsoft email ([redacted]) to view the order history and request a refund for the unauthorized payment. Unfortunately, I don't remember the password or recovery information for this account as it's been a while since I logged in. I've submitted a refund request on the PayPal website. My Gamertag is Ukyberg, and I previously owned a Resident Evil Limited Edition Xbox that I sold to Gamestop. I prefer speaking with a real person, as the chat support hasn't resolved my issue.

Yesterday, I went to my local dollar store to purchase a $60 Xbox gift card to buy Fallout 76. I asked for the gift card, but the cashier scanned an Xbox Live membership card instead. I paid $60, received the receipt with the code labeled as Xbox Live. I realized the mistake when they read it back to me. The cashier mentioned it was too late as they already processed it. Now I have an Xbox Live code I don't need. I am missing $65 and unable to play the game I've been waiting for. I haven't redeemed the Xbox Live code yet, and it's valued at $60. I hope it's possible to exchange the Xbox Live code for a regular Xbox gift card worth $60.

There is a person on GTA 5 claiming to work for Xbox live. While playing, he had a dispute with my child and other kids in the game who were in the same party. He got upset after losing repeatedly and resorted to using foul language towards the children, threatening to ban and hack their accounts. This situation went on for about 2 hours with him continuously harassing the kids even after they defended themselves. He specifically targeted my daughter, threatening to ban her and hack her account. Since then, we haven't been able to access online services. The person in question goes by the name XiQuicksilverXi.

My Stommpy account was hacked almost a week ago. The hacker removed my security info, deleted my email at [redacted], and added their own information. The only remaining similarity is my name, Jake Loeffler, on Xbox Live, with the same gamertag, Stommpy. I discovered that two email addresses were changed for account recovery. The Xbox console's serial number is [redacted]8, console id is 396fa536.52fc4d8b.8d9ac5de.[redacted]1.01, and the Xbox Live device id is FD009AC1726FB5A1. My account holds over 50 games purchased digitally. If I can't recover my account, I hope to retrieve at least some of my games. My PayPal and my mother Kimberley Loeffler's credit card were linked in the past, along with my own credit card under Jacob Loeffler. The associated PayPal email [redacted] was also deleted. I found two emails used by the hacker through my recovery email [redacted]: [redacted] and [redacted] I invested a lot of money in my Ultimate Team and other games and have used the same gamertag for a long period. Please assist me.

My account Stommpy was compromised about a week ago. The hacker removed my security information, changed my email to [redacted], but my name, Jake Loeffler, and gamertag remain the same on Xbox Live. I discovered that the hacker changed two of the recovery emails associated with my account. The Xbox console's serial number is [redacted]8, console id is 396fa536.52fc4d8b.8d9ac5de.[redacted]1.01, and Xbox Live device id is FD009AC1726FB5A1. I had over 50 games purchased digitally on the account. If I can't recover it, I hope to at least regain access to some games. My PayPal and my mother's credit card, Kimberley Loeffler, were linked to the account. My PayPal email was [redacted], which was deleted along with the account. The hacker used [redacted] and [redacted] Any help would be appreciated; I've invested a lot in my games and ultimate team with this gamertag over the years.

I tried to purchase an annual subscription to Xbox Live Gold on Tuesday, but the transaction repeatedly failed with an error message prompting me to try again later. Despite multiple attempts on different days, the same error code continued to appear. By Thursday, I realized that my bank account was charged each time, causing overdraft fees. I am now waiting for a refund and seeking compensation in the form of 5 years of Live Gold to make up for the inconvenience caused by the technical difficulties during the subscription process.

I have had a negative experience with Warren Blake Johnson, gamertag SenicHyper**. He engages in consistent harassment and threats towards me and other players, including threats of violence. Warren is known to use inappropriate language, cheats in games, and becomes aggressive when things don't go his way. I believe his Xbox account should be permanently removed, and he should be banned from using Xbox in the future to ensure the safety of others. Immediate action needs to be taken on this matter.

I bought Fallout 76 Tricentennial Edition for Xbox One. I installed the game and redeemed the codes for the Tricentennial DLC and [redacted] Atom Points. Unfortunately, I exited before downloading them. Now, even though they show in my purchase history, I can't download them as the codes are already used. I checked in my purchase history, but there are no links to download them for Xbox. When I go to the store, it doesn't show that I own them, so I can't download without paying again. Can someone help me with this issue?

While playing Fortnite on Xbox One yesterday, I encountered a player who sent me a profane message after our match. In response, I replied, which led to me getting banned. My gamer tag is skullsl4p. I feel this ban is unjust as I was simply standing up for myself. I have invested a significant amount of money in Xbox Live and have never faced a ban before. Unfortunately, due to this ban, I missed out on a crucial tournament with my friends, causing frustration towards Xbox Live and Epic Games. Although I have been informed that the ban will be lifted this evening, the impact on my reputation with Xbox has already been made. If this issue is promptly resolved, I am willing to continue as an Xbox customer. However, if no action is taken, I will express my grievances with Xbox to others and potentially encourage them to boycott the platform.

I am having trouble accessing my account [redacted] on Xbox [redacted]. After contacting Microsoft for weeks with no success, I was directed to Xbox customer service. Employee John Miller asked for my personal information but found that my account was hacked. My old phone number was [redacted], and my recovering email was impire. I purchased an add-on that was never received; even though my system shows it's downloaded, I can't play it. I can provide my credit card information as proof of ownership. The hacker, supposedly from Mexico, requested a refund for the add-on. Please reach me at [redacted]. Thank you and have a great weekend. Sincerely, J.G. Smith.

Hello, I used my Xbox about an hour ago to watch Netflix. I had switched it over to TV to watch a game, and it turned off after a while as usual. After the game, I moved the Xbox to my room, plugged it in, and it froze on the boot-up screen with the Xbox symbol showing. I tried unplugging and replugging everything, but it didn't work. The power button had a solid red light when I turned it on, and nothing appeared on the TV screen. I even removed and reinserted the hard drive. I'm unsure what to do next. Thank you for your help. - A.

I was debating between Call of Duty and Overwatch to buy during the Black Friday sale for my nephew. Unfortunately, he ended up choosing one, and to my disappointment, we both didn't enjoy it due to how poorly the game performed. It was an accidental purchase that turned into a negative experience. I've only played for less than 2 hours, and now they are saying I can't get a refund. I urgently need my money back before the sale ends. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm curious as to why we've been charged $13.99 per month for our Xbox Live subscription for so long. I assumed having a monthly credit card billing was the most cost-effective, but I recently discovered that buying yearly cards is much cheaper. My wife initially set this up when we only had the Xbox for our kids; now we have the Xbox One. We've likely spent hundreds of unnecessary dollars on this subscription. As a family of 6 on a single income, this oversight is frustrating. Had I known earlier, I would have addressed it promptly. It's disappointing that a company would knowingly overcharge a loyal customer like this.

I had an issue with my Xbox which led to me deleting my game saves to resolve a corruption problem on Red Dead Redemption. After reloading the game, I encountered errors stating it was taking too long to start. Despite following the troubleshooting steps provided, including quitting the game and hard resetting the Xbox, the issue persisted. Eventually, I had to choose to troubleshoot the problem and ended up having to re-enter my email and password. Unfortunately, all my saved games were lost, my gamertag was changed, and now the game is glitchy. Prior to this, the game worked perfectly fine.

I urgently require a call from Xbox. My son made a purchase yesterday with Microsoft's help, but tonight, he's unable to play his game. Xbox is requesting additional payment despite us using a $25 Xbox card. I've had difficulty reaching the right person, and the automated system isn't helpful. Please have a customer representative contact me at [redacted]. It's frustrating to encounter issues every time we try to use Xbox services. Direct communication with a person is necessary. My son is left disappointed, and after the purchase, we expected to enjoy the game without any problems.

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege with my friends, but when I tried to switch to For Honor later on, I encountered an issue. It's stating that my Xbox Live Gold subscription needs to be renewed even though I purchased a three-month card on November 9, [redacted]. The problem only started today, November 19, [redacted], and I'm unsure why this is happening. Can you please assist me with this matter? Your prompt attention would be highly appreciated as your company is my favorite. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I recently upgraded from my Xbox One to an Xbox One X a few months ago and have been experiencing continuous issues since then. Sometimes I encounter trouble signing in, and most of the time, it fails to connect to Xbox Live. Despite running connection tests that report no issues, the connection still fails. I diligently follow all the troubleshooting steps listed on the website, occasionally resulting in success; however, having to restart my console 3-5 times just to play a game is frustrating. I am certain it's not an internet problem since I never experienced this with my old Xbox One, and all other devices work flawlessly. Moreover, my Xbox One X is connected directly to the modem, eliminating any Wi-Fi-related concerns. During the release of red dead redemption, the connection issue prevented me from playing smoothly. The game would intermittently sign me out of my profile, leading to lost progress without warning. At times, the error message received is, "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues." I visit the support page, and it displays everything as functioning correctly, leaving me exasperated. Having invested significantly in the Xbox One X, I expect improved performance, not constant setbacks. Furthermore, the costly Xbox Live subscription fails to connect consistently, limiting my limited gaming time after work. The current situation is unsatisfactory and needs immediate resolution.

I have had my Xbox One S for a while now, and before that, I had an Xbox One. I constantly encounter issues with both consoles. Every day, my Xbox signs me out randomly, and I have to hard restart it to sign back in. It also struggles to stay connected to Xbox Live, often disconnecting me from my WiFi. To reconnect to the internet, I have to hard restart the Xbox. These persistent problems, experienced by me and others, are pushing me, my friends, and family to consider switching to PlayStation. The only reason I haven't switched yet is because I have a significant collection of games on Xbox. In [redacted], it's frustrating that Microsoft still can't seem to get their console to function properly.
