I purchased the one month $*.** Xbox Gold subscription.* That was instantly charged the $*.** fee. However the next day they try to charge me for $*. I don't know why they charge me this. They gave no indication that there would be an extra $* charge. I would appreciate a full refund of said $*. I have been an Xbox customer from the original Xbox. I literally had just enough money in my account for the $*.** charge.* However when they decided to check on the extra $* charge as a separate charge it put me into overdraft which ended up and me having to pay another $** to my bank thank you Microsoft team if I had that amount of money at the time I would not have gotten the one month I would have gotten this three months subscription.* I would like you to fix this by either refunding the $* charge or by seeing as I had to pay in total with overdraft fees and your charges $**.** a *-month subscription at no extra charge to me
