I am experiencing login issues with my Xbox. Despite having good internet, I keep encountering a different login screen with blue letters that guarantees failed login attempts, causing frustration. This problem started yesterday, and I am extremely annoyed. I have attempted to reset multiple times this morning, with limited success in accessing the normal login screen. The Xbox support assistance has not been helpful in resolving this specific issue, only covering basic problems. The unreliable login process is affecting my ability to use the Xbox smoothly, and I am unhappy with the situation. It seems unnecessary to save passwords due to these system faults.

Hello, My name is Ronan. I recently helped a client set up an Xbox, including creating accounts and redeeming a 12-month subscription and a R600 voucher. Unfortunately, I made some mistakes that caused the accounts to be locked from using Fortnite. In an attempt to rectify this, I created new accounts to access Fortnite, but now I can't find the voucher and Xbox Live Gold subscription that I had redeemed. It seems as if the codes were never entered. I have all the necessary information about the codes and accounts involved. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resetting the codes or providing new ones. Thank you for your help.

I have an original Xbox One (purchased in [redacted]) that suddenly shut off while I was playing a game with no warning. I tried an "electric reset" by unplugging everything, letting it sit overnight, and attempting to restart in the morning. When I press the power button, I hear a sound and the logo lights up briefly. Pressing the eject button results in a noise but no disk ejection. The Xbox logo only stays lit for a couple of seconds before going black silently. I even tested it with a different power brick with no success. Recently, I upgraded to a 4k TV and wonder if it's drawing too much power. My games have been showing as corrupted, but I can still play them after dismissing the prompt. Occasionally, the disk doesn't load properly, producing a faint rubbing noise. I am looking for advice on potential resets or solutions to recover my disk and revive the Xbox before considering sending it in for service. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased an Xbox One a few months ago along with two controllers from the same store. Lately, both controllers have been malfunctioning – when I move one of the joysticks up, it often moves more than intended or moves on its own. Interestingly, both controllers function normally when I press up on the dpad. I bought a new controller to replace one of the problematic ones, but soon after, even the replacement started showing the same issues. I have attempted to recalibrate them with no success and found no solutions online. I'm curious to understand why this is happening and if there is a way to resolve it without having to purchase another controller.

Last night, while playing "For Honor" around 12:30 a.m., I encountered a player named snakey444. After defeating him, he messaged me unexpectedly with "Kowalski status report wtf." Confused, I replied with "??," and then he accused me of having hentai as my profile pic and referred to me as a weeb. In response, I confronted him, and he proceeded to call me homophobic, threatening to have me banned. Shortly after, I found myself banned. I believe this action was unjust, and I am reaching out for assistance on potentially getting unbanned.

I am unable to resolve my issue through chat and require a callback. I own an Xbox One which experienced a glitch while I was signed into my account as lilchickennugg9. I attempted to purchase the game Fight Night Champion but encountered download issues. Despite trying nine more times, there was never a confirmation of purchase and the game did not download onto my console. Upon investigation, I discovered that the game was never registered, leading me to unknowingly attempt to buy it multiple times. It appears there was an error with the email attached to my account, causing this problem. I had to reset my Xbox due to glitches, which also disrupted my Outlook email access. The situation of unintentionally buying the same game ten times is nonsensical and frustrating. I urge Microsoft to remedy this oversight and prevent such occurrences in the future. A phone call to address this matter is essential, as the chat support has been unhelpful in resolving my issue.

I'm encountering a technical issue that can't be resolved through messaging. I require a callback. I own an Xbox One that malfunctioned while I was signed into my account, lilchickennugg9. I tried to purchase the game Fight Night Champion, but it didn't download. I attempted to download it nine more times without ever receiving a confirmation of purchase. The game never appeared on my Xbox. It's illogical to buy a game ten times. Apparently, there was an issue with an email associated with my account, causing this problem. The Xbox One glitched, forcing me to remove my account and factory reset the console to regain access. This also led to Outlook email locking me out for a day. It's incomprehensible to me why Microsoft would allow someone to buy the same game multiple times. I need assistance! Please contact me as messaging hasn't been helpful.

I'm having trouble with Xbox Live. Whenever I try to go online to play Fortnite, I keep getting an error message saying the service info for Xbox Live is not available. I've tried multiple times without success. Customer service advised me to call a number which has been unhelpful, making me very frustrated and unsatisfied with their service.

My Xbox One S wireless controller is not connecting. I have tried all of Microsoft's online suggestions, as well as other recommendations, but nothing has helped. I prefer to use it wirelessly and don't want to purchase any additional items. Despite attempting the connection process with the two buttons, the controller continues to blink and does not connect. This is frustrating as the Xbox is brand new, and I'm eager to resolve this issue without having to buy anything else.

I would like a refund for two separate charges of $4.99 each on my cards. The first transaction on 10/20/18 was made on card ending in #[redacted], order #[redacted], for a "loot box" that neither I nor my son purchased. The second charge on 11/4/18 was on card ending in #[redacted], order #[redacted], for the "ace pack," which I did not buy. I actually bought "[redacted] V Bucks" for $9.99, from which my son got the ace item. I'm seeking reimbursement for both unauthorized charges. A refund was declined by Xbox's refund department stating it was issued before due to double charging, but that was Xbox's mistake, not mine. I insist on getting my cards credited for these erroneous charges and hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly. Thank you for addressing this promptly. Cindy

I am unable to access Grand Theft Auto 5 at all, even though I've had it for over 2 months. If Xbox keeps having issues like this, I might have to cancel my membership. It's frustrating that some of my friends can play the game without any problems while I can't. These technical difficulties shouldn't be left for players to deal with individually. It's unfair to me and other gamers. Xbox needs to address and fix these problems promptly to ensure a smooth gaming experience for all users.

My friend had an account with the gamer tag LilUzi Vert7314, which was taken by someone. Despite going through the account recovery process by providing detailed information and answering security questions, the issue was not addressed. It has been since July, and my friend has created a new account, but it is disheartening that the efforts to recover the stolen account have been unsuccessful. I hope the support team can look into this matter promptly to resolve this problem and restore my friend's access to his account.

I am facing issues with a player on Xbox who has been harassing me and my GTA 5 RP group despite being asked to stop. He has unjustly flagged our group and prevents us from playing with others. Whenever we post about looking for a group, it gets removed promptly. This individual has escalated to harassing a member by making blocked calls. I fear for my community's safety if this behavior continues. I urge for action to be taken against this player either by the platform or Microsoft. The player's gamertag is SoldierxCreed. This is the final time I will address this situation. The disrespect shown by this player with offensive messages and disregard for others' boundaries is unacceptable. If no action is taken, I will involve the local authorities. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

I noticed a charge on my credit card for an Xbox subscription. I wasn't aware I was signed up for an annual renewal. After reviewing the details online, it stated I could cancel and still use the service for the rest of the year. However, once I canceled, I lost access, but the charge remains on my credit card. Despite trying to dispute it and contacting customer service without success, I understand that I need to pay for the charge. If I was meant to cancel before being charged, I would like to be able to use the service for the remaining 10 months of the year.

I encountered an error (0x87DD0017) when signing into my Xbox account after installing new internet. I attempted to fix it with solutions online but none worked. As a last resort, I performed a Factory Reset, completing the setup to reach the Xbox home screen. However, when adding a new account, an error message prompted me to visit the Xbox Live service status page, but due to my slow PC, I cannot access it without issues. Contacting Xbox support via phone has a long wait time. I seek advice on resolving this issue promptly to add an account and resume using my Xbox. Thank you. -Cameron

My Xbox gamertag was changed without my authorization. I had originally paid for it, and the new assigned one is very similar to my previous one. I believe this was all due to someone reporting me for trivial reasons related to gameplay. I would like a refund for the gamertag or the option to change it back to my preference. I am very disappointed in this situation and considering not purchasing anything from Microsoft or Xbox in the future. I prefer using PS4 due to the positive experiences I have had with them compared to this incident. Reporting someone over a game is unnecessary as it is just for enjoyment, not a reason to cause issues. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I am struggling with my children, who have been using my money to make unauthorized online purchases. This has caused me to fall behind on my bills, and I am extremely upset. I did not give them permission to buy any games with my card, and I did not authorize the purchase of the 19.99 Minecraft game. Although I did purchase Xbox Live, I regret it now because my children keep spending on games without my knowledge. I need a full refund of all the unauthorized charges, including the 0.75 cent post-denial fees. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have to take further action. I feel very stressed about this situation as it involves the money meant for my bills. Please contact me at [redacted] as soon as possible.

I am experiencing issues with my Xbox [redacted] updating the system, preventing me from connecting to Xbox Live. I have troubleshooted my network and internet connection, both of which are functioning properly. I have attempted various methods including formatting, clearing the cache, and following specific instructions to reinstall the system update. Despite previous attempts to use a USB or disk for the update, the problem persists. Any help with resolving this problem would be highly valued.

I am frustrated as a customer with the broken product and the difficulty in reaching someone for support. The process is incredibly frustrating, and I have never encountered such a challenging system before. I am in urgent need of a callback at [redacted]. My child is trying to use an Xbox One, but it is not accepting the Microsoft Outlook password. Despite changing the password online, the console is not recognizing it. We have tried unplugging and replugging everything multiple times with no success. This issue has persisted for days, and I have been unable to resolve it. It is preventing my child from enjoying the expensive game she has been eager to play. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my Xbox. Recently, I was double charged for a game I already owned on August 30 of this year. The game in question is NBA 2K19 under the account KingKeiss99. The last four digits of the card charged on August 30 are [redacted]. Another charge was made on September 7, ending in [redacted]. Additionally, I was charged twice for Xbox Live despite having automatic withdrawals set up. I am concerned and would like a full refund since I can prove I already own the game and have automatic Xbox Live payments. The order number for NBA2K19 is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.
