I saw a charge on my credit card for an Xbox subscription. I didn't realize I was signed up for an annual renewal, so I went online and read the details on it and it said that I could cancel it and I would still get to use the rest of the year since I was charged for it. As soon as I canceled it, I cannot use it anymore, but the charge is still on my credit card. I have tried to dispute it, I have tried to contact a live person through customer service, but to no avail on either end. I don't mind paying for the charge if I was supposed to cancel before it was charged. Since I have to pay for the charge anyways, I should still be able to use the service for the first year, which is for the next ** months.
