PLEASE REFUND MY * CARDS EACH IN THE AMOUNT OF $*.** EACH AS ME NOR MY SON PURCHASED THESE ITEMS, THEY WERE MADE IN ERROR ON YOUR BEHALF***********- A CHARGE OF $*.** WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD (ENDING IN *****) ORDER ***********....FOR A "LOOT BOX" WHICH I NEVER BOUGHT NOR DID MY SON EVER RECEIVE.*********- A CHARGE OF $*.** WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD (ENDING IN *****) ORDER ***********....FOR THE "ACE PACK" WHICH I DID NOT PURCHASE. I PURCHASED THE "**** V BUCKS" FOR $*.** (WHICH MY SON BOUGHT THE ACE ITEM FROM THE "**** V BUCKS" - YET MY CARD WAS CHARGED AT THE EXACTLY SAME TIME FOR THE ACE PACK ALONG WITH THE **** V BUCKS.**WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND YESTERDAY FOR BOTH YOUR ERRORS, YOUR XBOX REFUND DEPT (SERVICE REQUEST ***********) RESPONDED AND SAID "A REFUND WAS ISSUED ON THIS ACCOUNT IN THE PAST THEREFORE IT IS DENIED". YES, A REFUND WAS GRANTED MONTHS AGO BECAUSE XBOX DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR THE SAME ITEM TWICE FOR THE SAME ITEM, SAME AMOUNT, SAME TIME. IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE AGAIN. WHY SHOULD I BE DENIED A REFUND AGAIN SINCE IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE AGAIN! **THESE CHARGES MADE IN ERROR FROM XBOX ARE ILLEGAL AND DISGRACEFUL AND I WILL NOT STOP FINGHTING UNTIL MY CARD(S) ARE CREDITED. ITS THE PRINCIPAL. **PLEASE EXPEDITE THIS EMAIL TO SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE THESE CHARGES MADE IN ERROR AND CREDIT MY CARDS SO I DO NOT HAVE TO VENT ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA.
