Hello, I am having a sign in issue. Although this issue does come up when I try to make a purchase or go to any other tab on my account. I tried calling but that got me nowhere. When I go to sign in, it is asking me to “reenter your password (when I never enter it once) because you’re accessing sensitive info, you need to verify your password for *****@***.com” My password for that is “Blue****” but when I put it in, it shuts off and says “ try again later, there was a problem, and we couldn’t continue. (*x**a****a) “ I have already changed the password. (On my phone) when I try to do it in console it does not allow me to click anything the cursor doesn’t come up. Please if you could help me. My Xbox tag is ‘theJB*show’. **Thank you,*Joshua Britton
