While playing Rainbow Six Siege on Xbox One with two friends we met through the "looking for group" system, a person named "Screen Jiggles" ddos'd my friends after claiming they were annoying him. I pretended to go along with him to gather evidence of his hacking. I have a video where he admits to ddosing other players. I want this evidence reviewed to take appropriate action against him, like an IP or device ban from Xbox Live for such unacceptable behavior.

I have been part of a Motorcycle Club in GTA V for approximately six years, building close relationships with the club's president and other key members. Regular communication is essential for the success of our club, and we typically hold meetings once or twice a week. Recently, during a meeting started by our president, I encountered an issue trying to join the Xbox party via the Xbox app on my iPhone SE. An error message stating, "You can't access this feature because of how your account is set up. You can change this by modifying your privacy settings on Xbox.com." Given that I primarily use my phone or Xbox for this, I visited the specified website but couldn't locate the settings affecting my ability to join parties. In essence, I am currently unable to participate in any Xbox Live parties and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

Dear Xbox, I have been a loyal supporter of Xbox since the first console, but recent disappointments have led me to express my concerns. During the Xbox [redacted] era, we had to pay to play online while it was free on the PS3. I have noticed a trend where many gamers are switching to the PS4 due to recent changes. As a dedicated community member, I understand there are reasons for certain decisions, but the focus on monetization is becoming concerning. If Xbox wants to attract more players, consider making popular games like Fortnite free to play. This could help retain the community and prevent a decline in Xbox users. Please, Microsoft, think about the impact on the loyal supporters like me and others who want to see Xbox flourish. Sincerely, A concerned Xbox player

My Xbox One has been experiencing some issues lately. It doesn't turn on with the controller, has trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, and sometimes the controller won't activate even after restarting the Xbox. I usually have to hold the power button, unplug, and then restart the console. Interestingly, when I use the Xbox app on my Android phone to turn on the console, the controller works temporarily, but then shuts off after 15-30 seconds. The app prompts me to turn on the Xbox again, even though everything on the TV is still on. It's quite frustrating and I'm not sure what's causing these problems.

I have been experiencing network connection issues specifically with Skyrim. If I do not exit the game immediately after playing, it results in the game only playing music with a black screen. Upon restarting the console, it crashes and restarts automatically, then indicates it cannot connect to the network to load my games. While the router is functioning for all other devices, I am unable to resolve the connection problem. Previously, I rebooted the network driver to fix this, but I am currently unable to locate the tutorial I used. I am seeking a permanent solution rather than a temporary fix for this recurring issue with my gaming experience.

My username is Raos US, and I have recently been banned. While playing with my friend and her acquaintance, we decided to play Black Ops 3 in custom games. One of the players, who was a prestige master compared to my prestige 1 level, began to mock us during the game. Things took a disturbing turn when he made offensive remarks, including racially insensitive language and joking about self-harm. Despite our victory in the game, the individual became increasingly hostile. I decided to report his behavior before leaving the game. I acknowledge if I may not be unbanned, but I request that appropriate action be taken against this player for his unacceptable behavior.

This morning, my Xbox One was unable to connect to Xbox Live, so I followed the prompt and restarted my router, which allowed me to connect after a few minutes. While playing the Fallout 76 beta within the scheduled time frame, my game suddenly lagged me out of the server after about 45 minutes. Since then, I have been unable to reconnect to Xbox Live. Despite multiple restarts of both the console and router, although the internet connection appears fine, there seems to be an issue with the multiplayer connection. At one point, I could see my friends list and messages even though the "connect to Xbox Live" screen was still displayed, but that no longer occurs. When attempting to check my billing and subscriptions in the settings, it indicates that a connection is required. Is there a solution to this problem?

Yesterday, I bought an XBOX Live card from Best Buy in Johnstown, PA. After the card didn't work at home, I contacted Best Buy. They mentioned an issue with the initial transaction but voided it. I then had to buy two more XBOX Live cards. Today, I tried to return the card, but the manager, Alicia, changed her previous decision and said I couldn't get a refund. She claimed the card was activated, even though it's not working. I'm very frustrated about the situation. Best Buy gave me false information about a refund, and now I’m out extra money on additional cards for my kids' consoles. Please help me fix this!

I noticed that some items have been taken out of the Fortnite account of my son. The message we received indicates that these items were removed by player support. I'm seeking clarification on why this action was taken and the meaning behind items being removed by player support. Initially, on October 19, the following items were taken: skull trooper, skullcicle, rocket spinner, and 2.8k vbucks. Today, on October 28, additional items were removed, including reaper pickaxe, cloaked star, and 2k vbucks. I'm looking for guidance on how to secure a refund for these items and understand the reason for their continuous removal. I reached out to Epic Games via email, and they mentioned that this might be related to an Xbox matter rather than an Epic Games issue.

Yesterday, I discovered that my Project Scorpio Controller's RB and RT buttons were not functioning correctly. Upon playing PUBG, Fortnite Battle Royale, and Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4, I struggled to fire weapons due to the issues with these buttons. Upon inspection, I noticed a gap between the RB and RT buttons, impacting my gaming experience negatively. I am unable to fully enjoy the games as I normally would and believe that the controller is not performing as it should. It's unclear what may have caused this problem with the RB and RT buttons.

After nearly two years, I finally have my Xbox back and am eager to play on my cherished Xbox Live account, "M4sterChief," which I've had since the inception of Xbox Live, spanning 15 years. Although I canceled my subscription over a year ago to avoid paying while inactive, I now find myself unable to access my account. When attempting to sign in with my associated Microsoft Live account, [redacted], I receive a message indicating that my sign-in is blocked due to multiple failed attempts. Furthermore, the password reset link leads to a dead end page. While account data is said to be retained for up to five years post-deactivation, I am struggling to recover it. Losing over 15 years of gaming history is a troubling thought, so I'm seeking assistance to reclaim access to my account.

I usually get speeds of 60mbps on my home Internet. I recently took time off to play the new Red Dead game. While deeply immersed in the story, my Xbox signed out of Xbox Live for no reason, closing the game and corrupting my save file. I've invested so many hours into this game, and I'm frustrated by this recurring issue. I am seeking a possible refund or a solution to prevent the console from abruptly closing apps upon sign out, unlike the Xbox [redacted] or the PS4. It's baffling why the design team thought this was a good idea.

I am trying to identify the Xbox accounts of my two boys at home. Someone has tried to charge my debit card, and I suspect it may be related to their accounts. I need to determine if it's them or if their account information has been compromised. The fraudulent transactions occurred on October 29th at 8:35 when my children were not using their Xboxes. I am worried and unsure if I should get a new debit card. I prefer communication via phone and can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I pre-ordered the £90 Red Dead Redemption 2 on Xbox One. However, I wasn't aware that the payment is not processed immediately. By the time the payment went through, I didn't have enough funds available due to my monthly bills being deducted. The game was fully downloaded right away without any notification that the payment was still pending. I am disappointed that I missed out on the pre-order rewards and the exclusive treasure map that comes with pre-orders. I feel like I missed out and had to settle for the £75 version of the game later on instead. I would like to receive all the pre-order rewards that were included in the £90 version, including the limited edition treasure map. If necessary, I am willing to pay the £15 difference between the £75 and £90 editions to make this right.

While browsing games on Xbox Game Pass, I came across a game called "Late Shift" and inadvertently clicked on the buy option, which resulted in an unexpected download. I was only exploring the game and did not intend to make a purchase. After canceling the download, I encountered what seemed to be a glitch as it proceeded to charge me for the game. I would like a refund for this purchase, as I have no intention of playing the game based on its description. This situation is frustrating for me, as I have never experienced such an issue in all my years of buying digital games on Xbox. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently discovered that I have been unknowingly subscribed to Xbox Live auto-renewal for around the last year and a half to two years. I just noticed the monthly payments on my bank statement. I haven't utilized any Xbox Live features during this time, as I mainly use my Xbox for Netflix and single-player games like GTA V. If possible, I would like a refund as I would have canceled the subscription if I had been aware of it. I prefer to buy yearly subscriptions rather than pay monthly. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue by looking into my account records. Thank you.

I removed my account/gamertag from my Xbox One console with the intention of selling it, but decided against it later on. I am now unable to access my account/gamertag as it prompts me for the last 4 digits of a credit card I no longer have after 3 years. I need help restoring my account/gamertag to my Xbox. Please provide me with a phone number for further assistance and advice on updating my contact email and number for my account. Have a great day! -AJ-

Yesterday when I returned home, my Xbox One X prompted me for my Microsoft password which was not recognized, although I verified it was correct. I attempted to reset my password and encountered issues due to two-step verification, which I did not remember setting up. This led to a lengthy account recovery process with a one-month review period. As a long-time customer using the account solely for Xbox Live, I find this wait unacceptable, especially with new game releases and events happening. I am eager to prove my identity using my email and credit card details to disable two-step verification promptly, either via phone or email verification. I seek a more efficient solution than waiting for a month. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out because my 8-year-old daughter's Xbox One recently stopped working. She faces challenges as she is visually impaired in one eye and has ADHD. As a single father of two, replacing her Xbox is beyond my current budget, yet it is crucial for keeping her occupied during the evenings. I was wondering if there are any deals available for an Xbox One that you could offer. I apologize for contacting you through email, but I am determined to help my daughter cope better. With Christmas approaching, finances are tight, but I am willing to make a purchase if there is a reasonable option. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, J.

Hello, I am experiencing a sign-in issue on my account. This problem occurs when I attempt to make a purchase or navigate to a different tab on my account. I attempted to contact support without success. When I attempt to sign in, it prompts me to reenter my password, even though I hadn't entered it yet, as it's requiring verification for my email address. Despite entering my password "Blue1820," the system abruptly shuts off and displays an error message "try again later, there was a problem, and we couldn’t continue. (0x80a4001a)." I have already updated my password on my phone, yet I encounter issues on the console where I cannot click or see the cursor. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. My Xbox tag is ‘theJB3show’. Thank you, J.B.
