I had a free ** day trial for game pass back at the beginning of September. I did not like it, not enough games I really liked. I thought I cancelled through my xbox* and I was charged today ********** *.**. I have not played the game pass in fact my xbox* is packed in a box that I left in Georgia and I am in Ohio. Surely there is a way to see that I have not played it in over a month or since I thought I cancelled it. This is inconvenient and I was not expecting *.** to come out of my account and would like my money back. I am really unhappy about this. Please refund my card.
