I purchased Xbox Live * month membership at a local Dollar General Store. They did not give me the card because the card had no code. The code was on the receipt to enter. I tried entering the given code into my account but it displayed "code not found". I contacted the merchant, they checked and no errors on their end and found the code had not yet been redeemed. I have attempted to enter the code several more times but getting same message. Merchant stated they could not refund my money and that is fine, I just want to be able to use the card that I payed $** for. What do I need to do now?
