The issue in GetHuman-gamingso's own words
I was trying to Play Friday the **th when I encountered this issue ... Ever since the new update, my xbox has been having * major issues. * of which is whenever I press the upwards direction on the direction pad, the controller goes into 'sync' mode, a mode that lasts until i turn off the xbox or take out the batteries in my controller. As someone who tries to enjoy tense video game moments, this glitch can break immersive gameplay within seconds and transform it into a flurry of anger. The secondary issue is the case of party chat and game chat, Now, as much as this could be an issue with the headset I'm using, prior to the recent update, the party chat*game chat overlay had no issues. Now whenever i Join a new party, reconnect my controller (from my controller seeming syncing from holding up on the direction pad) or switch from game chat to party chat the audio from each single person repeats itself, giving the impression of them being a robot. ***If it is possible to give help or suggest some sort of support, please give me something
This is frustrating because there's no way of changing the controls on the game, up on the D-Pad keeps track of the scoreboard and on who's alive and who isn't.
I just really need any sort of advice or help on how to resolve this issue, or a new update fixing it.
I've tried hard resetting the xbox, changing the batteries in my controller, turning my controller on and off again, normal resetting my xbox. All of which had no result
