I must have accidentally signed up for a * month Xbox Live Gold subscription I do not use Xbox Live Gold nor have I had internet services at my house for months now. My gamertag is lilpuppetog if there is any way I've gone through all kinds of customer service that was ridiculous I tried going through the link for customer support in the email I received as a receipt for my purchase and it was an absolute joke if you could please cancel the Xbox Live Gold *-month subscription and refund my $**.** I would greatly appreciate it
