I bought a pack for halo *, it said try back later, I did it again and it went to the store screen not even saying anything, I checked the game and it didnt show my pack. I went and bought it again. Same thing. I bought it a third time and it showed purchase success. But still didnt show my pack on Halo *. I did not get the email until a few minutes AFTER I bought the last one. I want a refund on ALL three. It said my network connection was fine as well.
GetHuman1341699 did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
