When I plug in my headset into the Xbox One controller nothing plays through even when I turn my volume all the way down on my TV nothing plays. The mic works however which is odd but I can't hear any audio from a game or the party. I don't know if it's a setting I accidentally switched on and off or changed or possibly the controller is broken I have tested every headset I used on another device (phone) and sound plays through it.
GetHuman1341170 did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
