Call Microsoft directly. Hopefully, Ms. Abby will answer your call. She was amazing, patient, thorough, and most important competent. I don't speak gamer, so l know half the time I probably wasn't making sense. Don't waste your time trying to contact xbox, call Microsoft customer service, they will forward you to the Xbox folks.
