I have not had my Xbox or xbox live for months. I sold it months ago and I just noticed today Xbox live has been taking money out of my account every month for it. I noticed it this time cause it made my bank account negative and then I got a ** dollar fee from my bank for being negative. I already chatted with customer support on the chat and could not located the gamer tag or phone number so they said to call in and you guys can use my debit card information to locate the account thank you have a good day
