I asked to remove a debit card tht was stolen to be removed and was under the impression it was, come to find out a month or so later my card is "overcharged" so I can't access my payment options on ANY platform be it my console, cellular device or even the PC for some reason. Feels like I'm locked out because of an already super unfortunate event couldnt help.. If there's any way someone at the xbox team could just WIPE the cards on my current acount I'd be able to access the options and at least get my Gold back! PLEASE and thank you Xbox!
