pre-order Black Ops * * months ago the payment was confirmed I downloaded the game last night waiting on the release of the game the Xbox instructed me to uninstall it and reinstall the game I did that now I cannot reinstall the game and it is telling me that I have to buy it when I have already bought the game and in order history it is not showing that I purchased the game or purchased the $* for * months of Xbox Live Gold now I do not have either gained or Xbox Live Gold now need fixed immediately please
