I need Xbox to call me to help me cause I have wrote and done this get human thing twice already and I have not gotten a call yet. I have been trying to make myself clear bye telling Xbox that I am wanting Xbox to tell me the credit card ** that I used on my preorders the ones I need the info on soon before it’s out is RED DEAD* cause I have no money existing on the cards so I need Xbox to tell me what card was used bye looking up the last * digit number of the card from the purchase so I can put my money on my card so I can get my preorder that I originally bought then after found out that Xbox don’t take the money immediately like I wish you did but you take the money ** days before preorder release date. So I really want Xbox to call me on my cell that I have provided them with so I can please get my game cause I love my Xbox games and I want to play my up coming games I have a few other questions to ask as well when the representative calls please call me soon so we can discuss and get these problems resolved. I don’t know how else to make this anymore clear just please call me back I really need help on this issue please and thank you.**Scott
