I changed my primary Microsoft email from (*****@***.com) to (*****@***.com) because i no longer had the blue** email.**I’m subscribed to Xbox like gold but for every multiplayer game that requires Xbox live gold (i.e. Overwatch) I’m unable to play.**My online status also cannot he changed. It says “online status unknown.”**On the dashboard it says “there’s a problem getting this content right now.” Where the ad for deals*games with gold would be.**It is not my connection because my brother can play just find on his account on the same Xbox. I share my Xbox live with him on our console.

I did a hard reset. I unplugged my Xbox one and plugged it back in and somehow it resolved the issue
