Ubisoft hasn’t helped me at all and when I had an issue with my *** about a decade ago you guys helped so you guys can probably help me again. I uninstalled and reinstalled r* siege after the grim sky update since it kept crashing. Then I noticed that I had only the original operators and from Cbrn to current. All other ones are locked. But I have the season pass and had all operators unlocked and you can still see my customization. Before grim sky update it was only some operators some matches they would be locked but now this is upsetting because it just means I wasted money and I don’t like wasting money. So please help me with this. Siege has potential of being a great game for long time and want to keep playing but keeps messing up
