I recently purchased a * month xbox live subscription. I got home and put the code in only to find out after I put the code in that the code has been redeemed. I purchased the card at Gamestop. I tried to go back to Gamestop to get a new one but they informed me that they can't die to store policy, to contact Microsoft and have your company take care of it since they are your codes and they are your product. So here I am. I've already tried to contact you multiple time without any response or recourse. If something isn't done there will be legal action taken because both Microft and Gamestop have committed theft.
