My child made a $99.99 unauthorized purchase on Fortnite for Xbox One. I contacted customer support promptly for a refund. However, they declined due to a prior refund we received. As a struggling family, we are not seeking a refund out of want but necessity. The denial left me feeling that the company lacked concern for profiting from a young child. While I grasp the policies set to prevent abuse, our circumstance is unique. I never wanted nor could afford this purchase, especially given our financial struggles. My child's innocence should not be exploited for $[redacted]. I have been a loyal customer, but I am prepared to go to extremes, like uninstalling Fortnite permanently, to demonstrate the urgency of our situation. I urge the company to contact us promptly to address this issue. Thank you.

I am encountering an error message related to the Miles Driver Creator every time I try to start a game. Despite reaching out to customer support, I have been met with unhelpful or disconnected calls. Despite my attempts to be patient and respectful, I have not received any resolution. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance provided. - Disappointed Customer

There were some issues with players named Marlboro man556, JAMES14CV, and crumpy old fart, as well as DoG ALi MkML in four lobbies. They were unreachable, and some were even outside the map, which led to complaints from other players. It is frustrating that while my account can be suspended for using profanity, no actions are taken against those who are cheating and ruining the game experience for others. This unfair situation needs to be addressed promptly to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for everyone following the rules.

I have noticed that Xbox has been deducting $10.95 from my Australian Bendigo Bank account without authorization. I have contacted both my bank and Xbox to address this issue since we do not even own an Xbox console. The deductions changed to PlayStation but the problem persists. I have now moved to Nz and do not check my bank account frequently. The unauthorized deductions have caused inconvenience to my son's purchases. Please provide me with the necessary contact information to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you.

Purchased a new Xbox One S from the Aurora's VCS store at the RMR VAMC. Once home, attempted to set it up but couldn't connect to the internet. Despite other devices connecting without issues, the Xbox did not. Tried returning it to the store within three days, but was informed they couldn't accept open electronic items. Contacted Xbox via email but received no response. The [redacted] number was not helpful either, just directing back online. Seeking a new Xbox or a refund to address this frustrating situation efficiently. As a military vet and hospital employee, it's challenging to allocate time for multiple calls and emails to resolve this problem. It's important to ensure defective items are not sold to customers. Please advise where to return the Xbox.

I usually pay for Xbox Live when I have the money. I buy points cards and pay for Xbox Live in the months that I can afford it. Recently, I received a message stating that I need to refund money because I didn't pay for Xbox Live this month. This is frustrating to me because I intentionally don't have it set to auto-pay each month since I don't always have the finances to cover it. I've been managing it this way since opening my account, and it has worked for me so far. I want to purchase Xbox Live now that I have the funds, but I'm blocked until I make this refund that I don't believe I owe. It's causing me a lot of frustration and I hope this issue can be resolved soon as I am not pleased with the situation.

I believe there has been fraudulent activity on our accounts. Despite numerous attempts to reach someone by phone, I have been unsuccessful due to my busy schedule. I am now considering legal action. Only two lawyers have responded and are discussing possible pro-bono representation. Unauthorized purchases have been made on my dad's Social Security card and my card multiple times, even after I blocked the transactions. My son, now 10, was 9 when the charges began appearing. The email associated with the Xbox account is not mine but his mother's, which has been altered or removed. Now, my son claims to have Outlook and Gmail accounts where purchase receipts were being sent when I was unaware of the repeated hits on our accounts. The process of trying to contact someone has been frustrating, with only automated responses when I did manage to get through.

Last Saturday, September 29, [redacted], my son made a purchase (authorized by me) of V-Bucks using an Xbox gift card for his Fortnite game. As of today, October 2, [redacted], not only did the system charge the money from the card without reflecting the purchased V-Bucks, but it also made 3 additional transactions for $27.86 each on my credit card, and the V-Bucks were still not received on my son's account. I wanted only one charge to cover the purchase, but four charges were made (including the gift card), and the purchased items were not delivered. I would like to know if the V-Bucks are available, and if they are, only the corresponding charge should be made to the gift card, and the money from the 3 additional charges should be refunded.

My son made unauthorized Vbucks purchases on Fortnite with my debit card, totaling over $[redacted]. As he is only 11 and not permitted to make online purchases, I am left with very little money until my next paycheck in 2 weeks. I am seeking a refund for these charges. The only recent transactions on the card were buying Minecraft for $19.99 and $9.99 for Xbox Gold. I attempted to remove my card from his account but couldn't without adding a new card, which I do not have. I have tried calling customer service, but the line disconnects after a brief message. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this issue. Thank you.

My brother's account was compromised. Despite filling out an identity verification form, he was unable to recall all the necessary information due to the account's age. Requesting a phone verification process for him would greatly assist in resolving this issue. I can provide his phone number for direct assistance. The hacker has attempted unauthorized game purchases, resulting in my brother losing access to his online games, achievements, and progress. The affected account belongs to JVSmoothMoves. I will share any provided details with him via email.

My brother's Xbox account has been hacked, and he has lost access to all his online games, achievements, and progress. He has already contacted an agent and filled out an account recovery form online, but because his account was created seven years ago, he couldn't remember all the necessary information for authentication. Speaking with a representative over the phone for account authentication would likely be more effective than the online form. His account name was "jvsmoothmoves," and due to the hacker, he had to cancel his credit card as it was being used to purchase games. It's frustrating to lose access to games that were quite costly. I hope someone can assist with this issue. Thank you.

I recently received a one-week ban after engaging with a teammate in Rainbow Six Siege. They messaged me to delete the game after losing a 1v3 scenario. I feel it's unfair that I was punished for responding when I did not instigate the interaction. Xbox's ban system seems flawed as I've already faced bans due to toxicity and insults from others in the game. I believe it's unjust that I can be reported because someone else initiated contact. Although my response was heated, I felt justified. It's frustrating that individuals can report you for a situation they provoked.

I need help canceling an Xbox Live subscription associated with the email [redacted] Due to multiple failed login attempts, access to the account is restricted. Despite our efforts in the account recovery process, we were unsuccessful. I seek guidance on how to proceed with canceling the subscription to avoid further charges. This issue has persisted for months, and we are unable to find a contact number for Microsoft or Xbox for direct assistance. It is crucial to resolve this matter promptly and request a refund for the unused months due to the account lockout.

I recently signed up for Xbox Live, but it's the Silver plan, not the Gold membership. It automatically changed my offline profile to an Xbox Live account on my Xbox [redacted]. I'd like to revert back to an offline profile without losing my progress, saved games, and achievements. With the Silver plan, I noticed that I can no longer save games manually. Is there a way to cancel my Microsoft account and Xbox Live without deleting my original offline profile? I'd really like to keep my progress instead of starting over from scratch.

I purchased an Xbox One X a few months ago, and initially, it worked well. However, about four or five weeks ago, I began encountering issues. When I would start the system and launch a game, I would receive an error message prompting me to clear my local save game. After doing so, the screen would go black for an extended period, sometimes 5-20 minutes. Then, I would receive another error, E[redacted][redacted]5d, instructing me to restart the Xbox or troubleshoot. Unfortunately, every time I tried to restart the Xbox, it would freeze. Initially, this occurred once a month, but now it happens 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes even 2 or 3 times a day. I am also experiencing other error codes, such as installation stopped errors and issues with downloading or installing updates from the store.

I am wondering if it's possible to play Xbox games on my Windows computer using an external hard drive. I have copied my games onto it and want to access them without needing the original disks while traveling for work. Can I connect my controller and play seamlessly on the Windows app? I am considering eliminating the need for physical disks entirely by only using digital copies. This poses an issue as special editions usually come with extra content that requires the original disk.

Hello, it appears that my Microsoft Xbox Live account has been compromised. Unauthorized purchases were made, the email and password were changed, and I am now locked out of my account. I have had this account for many years and it holds valuable gaming data, including achievements, games, and saves. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account as it seems someone else now has control over it and my credit card information. I have identified the gamertag of the individual who may have taken over my account, as well as the email now associated with it. I am eager to regain access to my account and ensure the security of my personal information.

I preordered Black Ops 4 when it was first available, opting for the standard edition at $60. A month or two later, an upgrade to the Gold or Deluxe edition for $40 more was offered, and that's the upgrade I want. However, when I tried to upgrade two weeks ago, there was an issue on the Xbox store. I waited a couple of weeks for it to be resolved, but I still can't upgrade. It seems unfair that those of us who preordered early don't have the chance to upgrade to the Deluxe edition since it wasn't an option at the time of our initial preorders. I really don't want to pay $[redacted] for the Deluxe edition when I already spent $60 on the standard preorder. Any help in resolving this matter would be appreciated. Thank you.

I recently bought an Xbox 4N6-[redacted]. Initially, the controller worked well, but after playing Forza Horizon 4 yesterday, a bug occurred. The Z axis is stuck at [redacted]%, and I've tried various fixes like reverting to an older Windows 10 build and updating the driver to no avail. This issue is not limited to the Xbox controller as I experienced it with another brand, Logitech, as well. I suspect this is a Windows problem. With the Z axis constantly at [redacted]%, playing Forza Horizon 4 becomes impossible as the car is always in reverse.

Hello, there has been an issue with my Microsoft Xbox Live account. Someone appears to have accessed my account without authorization, made purchases, and changed the associated email and password. I have been a user for many years since the Xbox [redacted] beta and have a significant amount of games and achievements linked to the account. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my own account as the login details have been altered. I am concerned about my credit card information being compromised as well. I have identified the individual's gamertag and email associated with my account through recent purchases. I am eager to regain access to my account and secure my personal information.
