I recently purchased a month of xbox live for my son which was a charge of **$. I recently looked at my back statement and said was charged * times for the same amount of $**.**, I looked into my son's x box account and he made no purchases. Yesterday i saw that I was refunded two of those four payments, how I don't know but ive being trying to speak with one of your representative's since Monday and I've had no luck. Today I look at my back statement and it seems like another payment -when they but this time was a * charge. I'm wondering if my son's xbox was hacked and if I can get my information removed and get a refund please contact t me at **********
