My brother-in-law used my credit card information to play a * week free promotional game on July *, ****. We had until the **th to cancel the subscription. We did that on the ** and even removed the account information from the xbox itself. Xbox keeps charging my card and I want it to stop. I have tried to contact you a number of times and have not been able to get through without knowing the xbox username and password. But since he sold his xbox and is no longer using it there is no way to get the username and password because he is no longer using it. I want my card to be refunded from July until now
