You’ve been charging me every month ** dollars. I cancelled it a month ago still getting charged. Just changed to my debit card so you don’t charge my credit card any longer. I want an option to buy for the whole year and get the new ten dollar charge taken off my debit card after I changed to it. Charged me ** on credit card ** on debit card and if I cancel I don’t get that money’s worth. And spent ** dollars for one month when I could have bought the entire year for **. You guys are basically stealing money. I will fight this tooth and nail till something is resolved. Even if my lawyer gets involved so be it. Not to mention I can’t even call in and talk to someone this is complete bulshit and illegal. I will be contacting authorities if you don’t resolve my issue in a hastily fashion.
