Help with my Xbox issue

I got on xbox to do the new raid in destiny * that is apart of the forsaken dlc that I have been playing since release. Once I loaded in to destiny * it told me I didnt have the DLC so I reset my xbox and it didnt work so I tried to reinstall the dlc and now its telling me I have to rebuy my copy of forsaken from the xbox store I have the pre order reward tied with it still installed but its telling me that I need to re buy the dlc from the shop. I have proof of characters with gear from that DLC and proof that I have bought and played it, as I am not game sharing with anyone I dont know how this could happen. But the way I would like it resolved by either having my DLC I paid for restored or I would like a voucher to repurchase my DLC.

GetHuman1157578 did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
