My account appears to have two gamertags on it. It will not allow me to use my normal gamertag will all of my games on it. I believe it has given me the first gamertag on the account that I switched right away so now it will not allow me to play any games since I don't have my normal gamertag showing up. Can we delete the account that does not have anything play time on it and keep BUFFALOBOY**** which has all of my game information on it. It has been switched for about a week but I have not had time to call in so I thought would send this before I went to work.
GetHuman-baileycu did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
