I'm trying to cancel my Gold subscription through the Xbox.com website. It tells me to sign in, go to "Services and subscriptions," find my subscription and select "Payment & billing" and then select "Cancel." However, there is NO "Cancel" OPTION on the page, so I scroll down, and select "Stop recurring billing or cancel a subscription," which takes me to a page that tells me to repeat the entire process, without actually cancelling my subscription! I'm not making any progress! I've been trying this, as well as calling customer support, for about twenty minutes. I cannot get to an actual human being to help me with the situation through the customer support phone number. I just want to cancel my Gold subscription!!
